1. Maids/Butler

Self-explanatory, they will be under the head maid and head butler. They will also show a talent for what they do. Make your character stand out. Make your duty more than just a duty. 
2. Security

Someone who has intelligence, who has other talents besides just standing around, one who knows the area of the manor well, trustworthy, can create can paint a picture of his quarters such as camera footage, ext. Security will also answer the buzzer when someone new comes in or be attentive to anyone near the gate, he or she will also know by the werewolves that someone is at the gate when they growl or howl. 

3. Cooks

Must be good at writing out the details of food when prepping and such. Make our mouth water. 

4.Pets

(Family friendly Or Sexual)

5. Assistant

Versatile and organized, who takes Vincent's calls (this means you can create problems and conflicts)
6. Witches

Healer- sees beyond things or sees the future for any upcoming threats.
